Ongoing Quality Testing
Test are performed on the daily basis to check the labeling, leakage, Capping, Bottle and Batch coding. All the parameters should meet the standards before dispatch to the market.
GENERAL PARAMETERS: tests are done in house lab and by externally lab to
confirm that all chemical parameters like calcium, magnesium, sulphate etc
in water are within limit (as per BIS specification)
Tests are done to confirm that product passes all organoleptic parameters.
Tests are done through external lab to confim that toxic substances like Lead, Mercury, Nickel etc. These tests are done six monthly.
Tests are done from external lab to determine the presence of Radioactive
residues like alpha & beta emitters. Pesticide tests are done every 6 months
to determine the level of pesticides are within specifications.
Tests are done inhouse lab and some tests through external BIS approved lab.
on daily or monthly basis to ensure that the specified microorganisms are
‘within limit.
